FAQ’s
Am I able to book more than one assessment? Will I get a refund for the second if I pass first time?
Yes you can, but there cannot be more than one assessment on the same day.
We require that you book at least 7 days in between each assessment, to give yourself time to correct any mistakes and make the improvements you would have been alerted to after your assessment.
If your second appointment is booked within 48 hours of your last, and you have passed, you will not be given a refund.
You must cancel your own appointments, we do not monitor future bookings after a pass. Please check your original confirmation email for the cancellation link.
What do I need to bring to my assessment?
You will need to bring your current Learners Licence and Logbook.
Your logbook must be correctly filled out and demonstrate you have completed the required number of hours. The Declaration must also be fully completed by yourself and all your Supervisory Drivers. (Pages 28 & 29 in the Blue Logbook, and page 44 in the new Brown Logbook).
What is your cancellation policy?
Assessments can only be cancelled sooner than 48 hours before your time booked, as per Department of State Growth policy. Cancellations can be made through the link in your booking confirmation email. Refunds will be given for any assessment cancelled greater than 48 hours into the future, and a $10 administration fee will be charged.
If you are feeling sick or unwell, or personal circumstances prevent you from attending your assessment, call David immediately or leave a message on 0437597074. As per State Growth policy a medical certificate will need to be provided for return of fees paid, and to avoid a fail recorded against your assessments.
